Hotel in great shape. Good location. Only problem is WiFi is not working well in the room and some other rooms near. Aparrelty has been failing since few days ago and has not been fixed.

Bright spots and some drawbacks.

Great room. We received a free upgrade. We asked them to call us a taxi for a very Arly morning ride and the taxi did not appear. I think they forgot to call. I went to the reception desk and they called it and arrived 20 min after the original arranged time. Also they limit how cold the air conditioning gets. The room never got cold, just barely comfortable and Madrid is around 100 F in summer.

The hotel and staff are lovely and in a nice quiet area of Madrid, but booking a suite you would expect to have a view that is not a strange internal hole going to the top floor. With this in mind we wouldn’t book again.

The Hotel had no working A/C and only Heat or nothing. This made the room extremely warm and uncomfortable resulting in poor sleep. They suggested opening the window & I had to have the pleasure of listening to people talking from 1:00-2:30 a.m.
