All I can say is Yuri was the highlight of our stay there. He was the memorable and we enjoyed our multiple conversations with him. His hospitality was very welcoming. The facilities were nice and the breakfast was delicious.

Good location. Not much character though. Very corporate. Pool is much smaller than the photos. Rooms are small and dark. Breakfast is reasonably priced and had a lot of options, but more isn’t necessarily better. Pool bar is nice.

Great hotel with a cool rooftop bar and pool, lots of space, modern design and excellent friendly staff. Long walk to the centre of town but 2 metro stops locally. Return park down the road was glorious as was the rest of Madrid in the sunshine. Lovely time, hope to come back here.

I was very much looking forward to staying at the Novotel Madrid Center but due to the Air Canada union strikes which began on my check-in day, I was unable to fly to Madrid. The hotel management showed no compassion and didn’t issue me a refund, not even a partial refund or credit.

The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the terrace was absolutely beautiful. The hotel is located in one of the best areas of Madrid, making it the perfect spot to enjoy the city. I look forward to returning within the next year.

Hotel was clean, our room was a standard double but a bit on the small side. So some of the positives were Rituals shower amenities, it was nice to have complimentary water however, this was on the first day only. Breakfast was nice with a good variety. Location wasnt as central as we thought, however getting ubers was easy. We didnt try the metro. The one biggest downside was the pool, firstly its tiny and very underwheming. It was freezing cold! It was nearly 40 degree weather yet the pool was cold all of the time. Its made up of a steel/metal interior which clearly doesnt retain heat. I mainly booked this hotel because it had a pool but was disappointed. Its a small space and only a few a beds so as you can imagine gets quite busy. Its ok for a few days.
