Fantastic staff, check-in/reception was a breeze, and the staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and fluent in English, which was a big help for me. I got an outstanding recommendation for dinner which frankly was the best food I had in my entire week in Madrid. Location was right across from the Atocha train station, and down the street from the Parque de Madrid. The Prado is close by as well as the Neptune fountain. As a courtesy I was given a late check out as my plane wasn’t leaving until 5:30 PM., which gave me time to explore more Madrid. Yes thanks.

Only You Atocha is my first choice hotel for trips to Madrid that involve me using the Ave and trains as the hotel is right across the road from Atocha station. The hotel is relaxed, stylish and the staff are super. The restaurant on the 7th floor is superb. Highly recommended.

This hotel was good. It was a little bit out of the way, we walked 10+ miles per day. The bar at the hotel was not serving cocktails, and there is a lot of construction in and around the hotel. A little dark and creepy. Felt like nobody was staying in the hotel but us. But overall, it was quiet, clean and nice.
