This hotel is very good located and immaculate clean,you can get walking around.There’s many restaurants,bars and shopping centers in the area.The breakfast buffet is very delicious and fresh.Staff is very helpful and friendly except Olga. The area is very safe. I really recommend to stay in Petite Palace Santa Barbara.

Very close to the metro. Great bars nearby and was within a comfortable long walking distance to the center. Breakfast was great. I'd stay here again

My only complaint is if you stay in a room that looks over the courtyard, be prepared to wake up at 7:30 every morning from the noise. Breakfast starts at 7:30 and the dining area is in the courtyard, so all the noise made echoes and reverberates up to the rooms. I know the staff has to do their job to get ready but it really was impossible to sleep through.

Lovely hotel very close to the beach. Only complaint was difficulty regulating the water temp in our room. It went from warm to scalding hot without warning and it was difficult to get cool water.

Our stay is just ok. The staff were very nice. What I didn't like was the bathroom. The water is leaking out from the shower floor. I asked them to fix it but it was still leaking and they couldn't move us to a different room. The location is also good.

Hotell i centrala Madrid är dyrt och det här är ett okej pris men då får man leva med lite skavanker. Rummen är små men rena, servicen i receptionen och baren lätt förvirrad. Men frukostserveringen höll toppklass och det är klart värt att välja till frukost
