Stayed for 2 quick nights on our way out of the EU. Hotel is ideally located right across from the park and close to all the shopping, restaurants and cafes you could ever need. The facilities are a bit dated but nice. My only real complaint would be that the AC wasn’t that cold in our room and it was very hot out so that wasn’t the best.

The staff was excellent, they were friendly and helpful. The room was great with lots of light, the upgrade was worth it! The breakfast was outstanding. There were lots of options, everything was beautifully laid out and there was an option for freshly prepared eggs. The hostess at the breakfast was amazing. She made sure we had everything we needed and was so positive and kind. Moreover ,she did this for everything single guest having breakfast. This was definitely the highest quality and best breakfast experience we had on our entire two week trip. And lastly the room cleaning was also really good!!!

I e hotel right by El Retiro. It’s easy walk to several points of interest but away from crowds if you prefer quiet for rest. The property is older but everything is modernized . Didn’t dine in, so can’t rate the restaurant or room service.

We had a wonderful stay here. Staff and breakfast staff were wonderful and helpful answering any questions we had to make our stay enjoyable. Location is great - right across from Retiro Park. The only improvement is with the shower floor being slippery and you need to be careful when steeping in you don’t slide and fall. Room, and rest of bathroom, shower head is perfect. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and the breakfast staff is amazing!

AC worked well, right across from Retiro Park, walk to Prado Museum. Breakfast was wonderful, we also had a lovely lunch where they opened a bit early for our group because they were available and we were hungry. Delicious!

The suite we stayed in was very spacious. Was L shaped with bunk beds for kids and toilet separate from shower (two separate sinks as well). Included a desk, main table and seating area, a long / thin balcony that wrapped around corner of hotel. What awesome space after 10 days on a cruise ship. Breakfast was great. Close to train station and walking distance to Museo Del Pr. Also directly across the street from Retiro Park. Not much to complain about here. Building is a bit older but well maintained and run.

It would have been nice to have a small microwave oven in the room and a larger refrigerator. That said, the room was spacious; the bathroom excellent; the breakfast buffet excellent (but pricey) as well. That staff at the front desk was outstanding - especially Lucia.
