Breakfast was great for the price with many options. The room was not ready when we arrived just after check-in time so they apologized and held our bags when we went out to eat. When we returned, in compensation, they gave us a suite which was lovely - a living room with sofa and desk and chair, and coffee tables, and spacious bedroom and bathroom.

Great hotel in heart of Madrid!

Great hotel in tourist friendly section of city. Able to walk around and take metro easily. Despite location in busy part of Madrid we didn’t hear a lot of outside noise. Appreciated the air conditioning and the eco friendly features too. Found room to be spacious, bed to be comfy and bathroom to be clean. Service was helpful and friendly.
