My experience was good. The staff were very nice and cooperative. The room was clean but the air conditioner temperature was a little hot. Disappointed because there wasn’t a laundry and ice machine. Only one elevator was working. Average experience was good. I recommend it.

Nosotros recien hemos llegado, en recepcion nos atendieron en forma eficiente y amable. El bano y la habitacion limpios. La ubicacion excelente, muy cerca de la Gran Via. El unico problema es que no encontramos en la habitacion, el usuario y contrasena del internet

Thin walls and hard bed.
Location very good. TV had Netflix app. Rooms very small, walls so thin you could hear people talking in next room, and worse is you could hear the drain/toilet water flushing down behind the walls. Bed extremely hard so bring your own 'cushioning'. Miniscule fridge. Despite the low price i would not recommend it.
