They have a fantastic team working here, and the rooms are well laid out and comfortable. My only complaint is there is no easy way to open a window wide enough, which was a bit of an issue without air conditioning.

The rooms were so clean and very comfortable. The lady that cleaned our room I believe her name was Alejandra (she had blond hair) was so kind and left our room so well cleaned that it made me feel just like I was home. The front desk staff was also very kind and helpful! I will be staying here in two months when I go back for sure!

Very comfortable space!!
We really enjoyed our stay! It was too cold to use the pool on our patio but the space was still nice! Lots of seating throughout the entire unit (including the balcony)! The only issue that we encountered was a strange smell. I noticed it the first night when we went to bed (it was coming from the comforter). I finally decided that it was a dirty dog smell. I have dogs myself so was not too grossed out by it but it did tell me that they need to sanitize the laundry a little better… Staff was pleasant and the breakfast was perfect! We definitely would stay again!

The staff were lovely and gave us an early checkin when we arrived. The hotel is very centrally located near Sol station and despite being on a square was very quiet as the windows were double glazed. When we came back there was a lovely card and bottle of wine welcoming us back!

Great room, but a little awkward for 2 friends with the shower being right beside the one bed. No privacy at all. You have to be really good friends to stay in this room together.

They allowed us to check in early as the room was ready. The staff were very helpful. The hotel is just opposite Santa Ana square where there are lots of restaurants but the windows are double glazed and it was very quiet in the room. We have booked to stay there again as it is close to Sol station.

Very nice hotel, with great rooms and loby. Everything was very clean and the breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was always very friendly. Only down side: it took at least 10 minutes (not kidding) for the water in the shower to turn hot, really not a green feature for 2024.

Wonderful hotel in a perfect location. The room was very comfortable and the shower was great. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and they had cute personalized notes for me on arrival and departure. Lots of places to get food nearby and a couple of mini supermarkets nearby too. Yes, the room was modest, i.e., small, but it was perfectly clean and comfortable. More importantly, the hotel location is excellent--right next to a square with cafes, and close to major attractions. Best of all: the staff could not have been more professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful, whether with directions or a restaurant suggestion. Just what I was looking for.
