I’ve been there before and will continue to do so. Maybe the best asset is their staff, courteous and very helpful. Metro station is close by and Atocha train station is walkable.

We had high hopes for this hotel due to its eco-friendliness claims and the cost. But it was well below our expectations. The room was tiny, like a low budget hotel, with absolutely no facilities such as a kettle etc. Having ‘free drinks’ downstairs in the lobby just meant a whole waste of cups for any drink, even water. The rooftop cafe bar was also pretty disappointing. The only positives were the staff, who were great, and the location for the park, restaurants and train station.

Hotel is in a great location, staff was incredibly nice and polite, breakfast buffet was great. Overall the single bed room could be nicer but no complaints. Would definitely stay there again.
