The room was clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. And the location was lovely and quiet, not too far from the metro and close to Real Madrid’s stadium, where we were visiting. We loved our time in Madrid!

Hotel Luze Castellana was great! The front desk staff is extremely helpful and the hotel is very nice. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It’s in a more residential area but within walking distance to Santiago Bernabeu stadium and many great restaurants. It’s about a 20-30 minute ride from the city center which isn’t bad at all. I was there for 4 days and never had an issue and the breakfast is top notch! Highly recommend!

Great hotel close to metro stops. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean with toiletries and tea/coffee making facilities. Would have been nice to have firmer or extra pillows though. Breakfast options varied with hot and cold options, really good. 10 min walk to Bernabau and also nearby supermarkets. Relatively safe to walk at night but would recommend down well lit areas. Strongly recommend arriving to hotel by metro - taxi cost 33 euros and driver was driving too fast.

Great location for hotel
Great hotel plenty of room space. Very quick and efficient check in. Buffet breakfast was very good, but with it being January not many guests used it. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Close to many restaurants and tapas bars and cafes. Great Thai/Indian restaurant 12 minutes walk. Italian and Mexican just around the corner. Only 10 minute walk to Tetuan Metro Station. So good location.

El hotel está bien. Es un buena opción para salir del bullicio nocturno de Madrid centro. El desayuno es variado y el personal muy simpático. Lo único es que no hicieron la limpieza la última noche que nos hospedamos de una de las habitaciones.

Excellent value for the proposition. Close to the stadium so ideal for a trip to watch the football and being in the business centre means dining and transport options are plentiful. Will gladly stay again.
