My stay was just 1 night with breakfast included. Front desk people were so responsive and nice, breakfast was great, property is a little bit outdated carpets looked old and dirty lobby furniture as well, room size perfect and they provided all toiletries needed including toothpaste toothbrush and more, bed super comfortable, however sheets had some yellow and blood stains.

The hotel was an average airport hotel We had dinner Myself my husband and daughter ordered 3 burgers well done All threes were not cooked properly My burger was the worst and had to be sent back to be cooked properly Unfortunately the base of the burger was burnt at that stage

I Liked that this property is close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service to the airport and back . It is walking distance ( 8 minutes) to the start of the number 5 line of the metro which takes you directly in 16 stops to downtown Madrid if you have the time to do that . The girls at the front office were very friendly and helpful . The hotel Itself is way overpriced for what it is and rooms and hallways are showing their age . Buffet breakfast is good and costs 12 Euro . We got a quiet room facing the back and slept well with no noise .

Nice hotel close to the airport. They have an airport shuttle that runs every 45 minutes. Very nice lobby and restaurant. Rooms were nice but some cheap aspects to the room like the shower leaked water on to the bathroom floor.

I just needed a place to stay for less than 24 hours between flights from Tangiers to the US. I just wanted to relax and hang out. I was able to do that at Sercotel. I ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The food was good, especially the buffet breakfast. The hotel was modern, attractive and very clean. Most of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The free airport shuttle was a huge selling point. I didn't venture out, but others from the group did take an Uber to nearby sites and a museum.
