Our family of five had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect. Right in the middle of things. Local restaurants, and shopping all within walking distance. The place was clean and felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again.

I liked that it was in the Very heart of the action! What I didn't like was the 3 ft deep pool, or the room service. We complained about the non functional bathroom fan to NO avail.

This location is amazing. Buses right infront. Lots of restaurants right next door. The staff was amazing. Elena at the front desk and Marina at breakfast. Breakfast is excellent

The hotel was small but very cozy, with friendly, attentive, and responsive staff who made us feel welcome. The rooftop pool area was also small but cute and accommodating for kids, which we really appreciated. While the pillows were a bit too thin, the room itself was great overall. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Gran Vía, within walking distance of most of the city’s main attractions and monuments. After a game at the Bernabéu, we even walked back to the hotel (about an hour) since no taxis were available, and the route felt safe and easy, making for an enjoyable stroll through Madrid. Overall, a wonderful place to stay if you’re looking for comfort and convenience in the city.

Our stay at SmartRental Collection Gran Vía was absolutely outstanding. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city, surrounded by shops, restaurants, and easy access to everything Madrid has to offer. The apartment was modern, clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff was welcoming and always ready to help, making our experience smooth and enjoyable. We stayed in the Smart Suite and loved having our own patio with huge tub. The living area was way larger than the pictures showed with a kitchen, table, and plenty of room even with the couch pulled out for our kids. Great breakfast. Nice rooftop pool and bar area. Walkable to so much in Madrid.
