The location is great and very close to shopping and metro and restaurants and tourist attractions. The hotel itself is a very different story The bathroom is so tiny you can’t sit on the toilet unless you sit sideways. The hot water ran out every evening and on the first night I told them no hot water in the room and their response was we will call maintenance and in the morning I had hot water but the same thing happened at night every single night. They could’ve said the situation is like this every night but they played dumb of course. One of the two rooms I booked had a sewage smell and they didn’t do anything about it. You get only one cleaning for every six night stay and if you want more you have to pay for it. You have to ask them for towels every day because they only put two towels in the room No plug next to the bed to charge your phone. The one good thing about them is how clean it was. They had a clean room. They call it apartment but don’t fall for that. No coffee maker in the room and no coffee in the lobby either. The room was so hot at night and the controller for the AC definitely did not work I can’t imagine this room in the Madrid summers. I had to open the bedroom window to be able to sleep and with that came all the street noises of course.

Great place to stay for affordable price
Great place to stay esp so because I booked on short notice. It’s located in a Main Street in Madrid and in the middle of all the action but my room was in the rear so I didn’t hear street noise. Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff. The walls are kind of thin so I heard the guests next door talking and there was periodic noise from guests walking in the hallways but it was fine.

The Bathroom design and distribution was awful. There was no room to seat in the WC. The rate for the room was exceedingly high. There are not safety bars at the entrance,stairs.

Great location
Great location with 2 metro stops nearby and easily walkable to the many sites, shops and restaurants. They will store your luggage if you arrive early and even when you check out if you have a late flight. Our room faced the street with a small balcony and was spacious and the kitchenette was great. The bed could use better pillows and at least 2 more, bathroom could use a hook for the hand towel and lowering the shower curtain would help not make the shower so dark. The walls are so thin we heard the guest beside us coughing horribly for 2 days straight, his conversations and disgustingly some of his private affairs. But did the price and location we’d probably recommend it.

Good room but very weak Wi-Fi
The location was great the room was great the kitchen was very handy. The big problem was the very weak wi-fi. It was okay for phones but I had to work on my laptop. Laptop would connect with the Wi-Fi but then the Wi-Fi was not strong enough to call up even one page. I was unable to do any work for 2 days and lost significant amount of money because of it. It's frustrating when these hotels don't want to put any money into having good Wi-Fi service and there's no way for us to know on hotels.com which hotels Wi-Fi will or will not connect to laptops so that we can work while we vacation

Amazing location , fast communication with the property manager , everything on point , safe entrance to the place , is really nice that you can leave your stuff before the check in , and after the checkout so you can enjoy Madrid , only down side you can hear your neighbors, but you will be out enjoying Madrid so is not a big deal
