Pros but with substantial cons.
Convenient to airport and reasonably priced but the room felt dirty - the mini-bar looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in months and there was a subtle wet mop smell to the bathroom. We weren't comfortable walking around in our bare feet. Staff friendliness was hit or miss.

A pleasant surprise!
A pleasant surprise! I chose the hotel primarily because of its location to MAD airport and the complimentary shuttle. It was a Mercedes van driven by professionals drivers. Very nice! Though the hotel looks a little tired and need of some updates once I got in the room I was pleasantly surprised to find robes, slippers, nice toiletries and eco friendly extras such as shower caps, toothbrush & paste, shaving kit,complimentary water etc. All of these things were greatly appreciated. I opted to purchase the breakfast buffet and I was extremely pleased with the options.

Property was fine. Room could have used racks for luggage. Outside of property looked terrible. Mattresses outside on balconies, windows cover in plastic. Didn’t look like facility was open. Neighborhood was off the highway but fine for walking.
