Nice, and welcoming, the breakfast is a blast, lots of variety, delicious and in a wonderful spot: lux;) we had Artist suite with terrace, which is nice, but you can not see anything from it, and it prevents the wind coming in, so it was a useless upgrade from my part. Overall-very nice experience;)

I really enjoyed the level of service, the cleanliness, and the amenities in the room. The fact that breakfast was included was also a plus and ideal for this trip. The breakfast that was provided was not basic on the dining area was exquisite. I really loved the complimentary wine and charcuterie board that was provided upon my arrival, the wrong included some necessities that I haven't experienced at other properties such as a toothbrush toothpaste, facial wash, lip balm, shaving kit, flat iron, a tea kettle as well as the Keurig for coffee. The turndown service with the chocolate on our bed was so nice, I really felt taken care of. Yeah I can honestly go on and on about so much that was offered at this property and I look forward to returning and or visiting another sister property just like it.

Lovely hotel in amazing location

It was an amazing stay in a lovely area in Madrid, easily walkable to everything I needed and delicious food around! I was there on work travel, and enjoyed the library to do some work and take calls. My partner joined me for a couple of days and really enjoyed the pool and sauna; he also found the location to be convenient to walk to the main attractions. And we both appreciated the breakfast and wide selection, the Spanish breakfast was my favourite. The hotel exceeded our expectations, the stay was one of the best for business trips I’ve taken in Europe. The only criticism I have is that there weren’t appropriate places to hang our towels in the room - the towel hooks were in the compact WC, which left them quite damp, so we had to change them daily (not quite eco-friendly).

Beautiful hotel interiors & rooms in great location to walk to sights, parks, plazas & museums. Pool with steam room & sauna excellent even though small as quiet & long to swim lengths. Could do with opening earlier. Staff friendly & helpful. Would recommend.

This hotel was stunning. I love boutique hotels and this was one of my fav. They had great breakfast, the bar played good music and made pretty good drinks. It was walkable and had good dining options near.

A beautiful hotel with lovely staff. We especially liked the breakfast; a great buffet and you could choose one option from the menu. The library was a very comfortable place to sit and unwind after a day exploring Madrid. The staff were happy to bring a drink to us too. We slept very well in the huge bed. We’d happily return if in the area again.

Traveled with my wife and 2 kids (teens) We had a connecting room which was great. Facilities are clean, modern and secure. Beds are comfortable. Pillows are comfortable. Clean. Morning buffet was fantastic. And more importantly the staff !!! Yevgeniy was somehow always available to answer any questions. And all the staff were friendly, helpful, attentive and knowledgeable. Id definitely recommend this establishment to my friends and family.

Stayed here for 5 days and really enjoyed it. The hotel is beautiful, very close to the museum triangle and literary quarter, quick walk to Plaza Mayor and centre, and Retiro Park. Rooms are spacious, though I found the layout a bit odd for mine as the sink and vanity was right as you enter the room and separate from the bathroom. Room amenities are excellent! Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush and toothpaste kit, glass container has cotton pads, shower cap and Q tips. There is even a handheld steamer in the closet drawer, very convenient! Three complimentary bottles of water that are replenished when you opt for turndown, minibar and fridge has lots of options, and coffee machine. The library, gym and pool are all on the main floor which you pass to get to the elevator. Loved using the pool to cool down during the afternoon. There is a sauna and steam room as well, all amenities were clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet had lots of good options and you get one free item from the menu if included with your room eg. Eggs benny, waffles, omelette. Staff are all super friendly and helpful. Breakfast team is quick to get your food order, coffee, clear plates. Front house team was really nice, I needed help with getting a few things (adapter broke and needed new one) and they were very accomodating. Had a great stay in Madrid and with this hotel, can highly recommend!
