Lovely hostel in an excellent location. Convenient and close to major attractions. The lobby is inviting and hip. I would book here again when we return to Madrid. The quad room was tight for 4 adults but it’s fine.

Staff service was phenomenal! They were very friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and they were super nice and accommodated us and let us check in early. They also call the cabs for us whenever needed. The bathrooms were not the cleanest and you had to rent towels. Other than that, everything was great!

Highly recommend. Great location, clean and modern

Location was really good. I walked everywhere. The hostel was very modern and clean, almost felt more like a hotel. Having the cityplaza resto right across was very convenient for a bite and a drink. A few cons…had to pay to store my luggage. Every other place I’ve been to does it for free. No hair dryer in the room, had to ask at the front desk and the hair dryer stopped working after 2mins. The communal dinner doesn’t really seem to be a thing. The people at the city plaza didn’t even know what I was talking about when I mentioned it. But overall, I would still highly recommend

Great central place with lots to do, has bottom level parking as well so a must if you rent a car, got free beers at the bar aswell, very hipster. Would likely return.

Great clean room centrally located

Penthouse room was great for a group of friends. Only one bathroom, though, and no door on the shower. Get to the breakfast at the hostel if you can - it was excellent. Centrally located. Can walk to major sites. Subway stop about 2-3 blocks away.

Wonderful stay! Near everything in city center.

Very clean and comfortable. Each of my family members were able to get their own bunkbed which we all loved a lot. Great location, accessible to everything the city has to offer: food, attractions, travel, tourist sites. Would definitely come here again.

Gem Of A Hostel

Ideal location for our Metallica weekend. Great welcome with complimentary drinks. Twin room with balcony was of a high standard. All public areas were of a high standard as was the food in the restaurant. Lots on offer and we joined the free historical walking tour which was very informative. There was a friendly vibe around the place with facilities for all guests.
