I love this hotel. It's smart, stylish and immaculate. It might be musically themed and situated in the middle of a noisy city but my room was silent - as well as being spacious and very comfortable. Staff are absolutely lovely well. Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Walkable to the main attractions and a number of train stations for convenience. Plenty of nightlife around. The room cleaning service was very attentive and extremely good. Very comfortable rooms and beds. Wi-Fi was very reliable. Stayed 10 days and would stay again. Rooms are hooked up with cool Bluetooth sound systems to play your music or Zoom calls and tv allows Netflix casting from phone. There is a few stragglers around the alleyways but I had no issues. Unfortunately in big cities even Madrid you will find homelessness. I felt safe. The least homeless is probably in Salamanca near retiro park for upscale location. This area is more trendy and lots of local flavor and tourism.

well-situated new hotel in the heart of town
From check-in to check-out, the staff at this incredibly styled and situated hotel were fantastic. Rooftop poolside food and beverage service were a benefit, and the incredible theater located INSIDE THE HOTEL were all unexpected surprises. Original touches honored while modern updates done. The hotel is very modern and clean. Very close to action at Plaza del Sol. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Our room was always fresh each day. Definitely check out rooftop bar.

This hotel was okay. It was nice and clean. It didn’t have the feeling of customer service that I’m used to for 5 star hotels and wouldn’t compete with the others we stayed in during our trip to Spain, but it was overall fine. The location was great though! Very easy to walk anywhere and feel safe as well. One random curiosity is that if they see you bringing in food from somewhere other than the hotel, they’ll stop you at the door and make you sign a waiver saying it’s not their fault if you get sick. Super weird and wasn’t something I’ve ever experienced in any country when traveling (including in Spain where I lived for several years).

Interesting new concept, from Universal, very trendy. Even though I would suggest if you dislike urban music and/or any of these kind of rythms/characters, its not the place to go. Actually I dont like them, and after the experience, maybe I shoud reconsider for a next time. Location is very good and the roof top is very nice
