This hotel is an iconic old building that has been made into a fun hotel with a music vibe. The staff was always available and helpful, the rooms are clean, and the location is close - within walking distance to the Royal Palace, shopping and endless restaurants.

Location was great. Nice rooftop deck and staff friendly. Our room was not what hoping for. Premium garden view gave us a view of a brick wall and the room size was incredibly small. The bathroom was only 3 feet from the bed. I am unsure how you could possibly give this a 5 star rating. Having stayed at other hotels on this vacation this did not compare

Great location, near Puerta del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Very close to major shopping. Very courteous and helpful staff. Very clean rooms and great bedding. Having a swimming pool was a big plus.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Well laid out with most of the rooms tucked away in a quiet wing. Very attentive staff, knowledgeable about the area and engaging. The rooftop bar is exceptional with good service and great views. A quiet little enclave within the huddle and bustle of Madrid. Good vibes!

Perfect hotel choice

Our trip to Madrid in mid September was extra amazing because we chose the right hotel with Umusic. The location was perfect. We were able to easily walk to most landmarks. Staff was friendly and room was immaculate. Plenty of shopping and restaurants right out the door of the hotel. Love the boutique feel of this hotel. The rooftop and pool were a plus. Just wish we had more time to enjoy those features. We’d definitely book here again next trip.

We loved the hotel location, the staff/service, the penthouse/terrace views, pool and sauna and restaurant/drinks. One of our favorite stays on our 4 week journey and we especially loved the morning walks & sunrise views from Montjuïc. Maybe not quite the visual polish of a traditional 5 star, the outdoor spaces were a little more weathered than the photos, but in a warm & cozy way - would stay again & wouldn’t change a thing!

Lovely hotel in great location. Desk staff very good about accommodating requests and making suggestions to enhance my stay. Housekeeping not quitevas diligent; I requested a face towel which was never delivered, one day room not cleaned until late afternoon, leaving behind pillowcase on floor.

Amazing staff, amazing hotel, amazing vibe!!!!

The best location and the best hotel in such a special city. The whole hotel is a work of art from the staff to the structure to the rooms. Very new and very clean rooms and common areas. The rooftop bar has some of the best views in the whole city. The restaurant as well is worth it. The artistic and music finishes truly make this hotel the best there is. I cannot say enough good things about this place. We will 100% be returning!

L’hôtel bénéficie d’une localisation parfaite et les chambres sont très propres et confortables. Mention spéciale aux boss boy, au personnel de sécurité, ainsi que la préposée au bar de la piscine particulièrement sympathiques et chaleureux. En revanche, plusieurs aspects sont décevants pour un établissement de ce niveau et au tarif demandé. Le service à la réception a été froid et peu attentionné. L’espace piscine, déjà moins séduisant que sur les photos, souffre en plus d’une absence totale d’ambiance (aucune musique, étonnant pour un hôtel « Umusic » adossé à un théâtre) et du fait qu’il soit permis de fumer partout, ce qui rend l’expérience désagréable pour les non-fumeurs. L’insonorisation des chambres est également insuffisante : on entend les voisins (voix, ronflements), bien plus que les bruits de la rue. Des bouchons d’oreilles ont été nécessaires. Enfin, le rapport qualité-prix est décevant : le prix payé dépasse largement la valeur réelle de l’expérience. En résumé, un hôtel qui pourrait avoir beaucoup de potentiel, mais qui déçoit par son manque d’attention aux détails d’un 5 étoiles, son service impersonnel et une ambiance très éloignée de ce que son nom laisse espérer.
