Overall good except there was an overhead bridge that you need to cross to get to the hotel from the train station. A bit troublesome if you have lots of luggage with you.
Staff were excellent at checkin as one spoke reasonable English. The beds were very comfortable in the single rooms. Breakfast onsite was typical Japanese with a few western touches. Parking was directly across the small street from the hotel. Nice coffee in the foyer. Going to the vending machines on the smoking floor reaked of cigarettes which is to be excepted but still it’s a negative for the hotel. Overall, a typical Japanese business mans hotel with better beds than a normal Route Inn business mans hotel. Fine for a one night stay.

Disliked: Room comfort
The hotel was not close to the train station. On the way to the train station there was a large overpass. To difficult to drag heavy suitcases over. The view from the bedroom window was of a grave yard. There was a laundry which was very useful.
Quiet location within easy walking distance of the railway station - 10 minutes straight down the main avenue. Great breakfast with a variety of japanese and western food. Some great little restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free coffee in the foyer with table and chairs to relax. Would definitely go there again when visiting Maebashi.
