We stayed there during New Year’s eve. It was so pleasant and clean! The complementary breakfast was great. If you have a car, you can drive around many places such as Nikko, Sano premium outlets. Recommended if you are looking for a cost effective and joyful stay!

Very well located hotel, near the station and on the main road. Internet connection perfect, very different at other hotels in Isesaki area. Bed was little bid hard type, not to much but for those use to soft mattress not so comfy. Breakfast was a buffet style, mostly Japanese food but they have scramble eggs and sometimes sausages. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful, sorry cannot rate their English language level but I believe they will do their best to help you.

スタッフの方、部屋、朝食、すべてパーフェクトでした！！ びっくりしたのは、部屋に付いているお風呂に天井シャワーがあったことと、朝食(無料)のクオリティが高すぎたことです。 今回一番良かったのは、自分のミスで予約内容に誤りがあったのですが、事前に連絡したところ、スタッフの方が柔軟に対処してくださったことです。 妊娠中だったのもあり、喫煙のお部屋は厳しかったので、本当にスタッフの方に感謝しています。 また、宿泊することがあれば、東横INNを選びたいと思わせてくれる体験でした！

JR伊勢崎駅というロケーションですが、まわりに高い建物もなく、静かなホテルです。伊勢崎駅前ということですが、駅からは徒歩で少し距離があります。 　一部の窓からは赤城山を見ることができ、駅前や近くにスーパーマーケットなどがあります。
