Maentsaelae Vacation Packages

On the first day of visit, we were afraid we couldn't open the door to get in. Luckily after a few trials, we were able to open the door. What happens if we couldn't open the door? I didn't have contact information to ask for help. I couldn't find an electric outlet to connect my computer to. I had to move the table to close to the bed to access one. I couldn't find the thermostat to control the room temperature. And if I need anything, I didn't know whom to contact.

Bit disappointed with the service. At check in I was told the room would be serviced every three days but I could request service at any time. I asked for the room to be serviced on morning 3 and I was just given towels. The following day someone came to service the room at around 6pm, I asked that the service happen the next day, it was never done.

Great location with a beautiful view of the city!

The location was excellent and the ability to do laundry in the unit was key for the long stay. Loved this place and did not want to leave.
