I thought it had a good sense of being a home away from home. Very comfortable and stylish modern decor. We were only there for a day, so nothing particularly stood out as something we disliked.

The hotel kept cancelling our reservation. We had to contact them every day to get a new check in code. The last day they canceled our reservation altogether. We had to deal with AI to make contact. Then they would forward a new code. However my phone was low on battery and if I could not contact them we would be locked out with our luggage still inside. Our aircon had a blocked drain and leaked onto the floor. I had to turn off the power. I would never recommend this cost saving way the company adopted. I could have booked accommodation with a physical person to deal with in reception for the same price. I would then have someone to help with our problems.

Could not open the windows. The room was very hot even with the cooler and a big metal fan running all the time. The consept of the hotel is nice, but the heated room ruined the sleep.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité pour visiter Helsinki. L'endroit était accueillant, tranquille et propre. La cuisine était bien équipée et les indications claires. Les réponses ont été obtenues rapidement lorsque nous avons eu des questionnements pour activer le laveuse.

Wonderful place, very close to the ferry and not too far from city centre by tram. Neat/quiet/clean place with very friendly staff. Really nice roof top sauna. The only downside was the AC was very weak and cannot go lower than 20 degrees. So at night could be a bit stuffy-would prefer to have AC that can go lower. Would definitely go back in the future.

Great location. Walkable to the centre but also right on a tram route. Very new, clean and comfortable. Shop and alko store very close. Very useful being able to self cater.
