Unethical Business practice.
I have disappointing experience without spending single minute in Saj resort. This is really worst you can expect while booking to Saj resort through Hotels.com. I had booked hotel in one month advance for August 11-12. I had to cancel my trip due to some adverse weather conditions which is something we human being can't control. I had requested that they can waive off some money OR re-schedule it when conditions would become better. But due to some unethical policies Hotel owner didn't responded to me and didn't waive off atleast some portion of our hard earned money. By this act we can really understand how empathetic people can be in such situation and take dis-advantage. I was not expecting full refund as I can understand your management and maintainance cost. Even they didn't consider to re-schedule it. Definitely we were not enjoying somewhere else during this period. We haven't cancelled hotel booking only. We have to cancel complete family trip which includes other tickets and fares which were refunded partially. However my plan to Mahabaleshwar is on somewhere in next month. But one thing I would keep in my mind that I will not book unethical Saj resort via Hotels.com.
