Very nice and quiet hotel.
If you want peace, this is the place with no TV but excelent WiFi
Breakfast is included and it is more than complete and delicious.
Very good experience for me and my family.
All personnel is very kind and in the restaurant the service is awesome.

Excellent location and service! Our little family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay.
While the lagoon and location are absolutely breathtaking, it is the people that made our experience so memorable and wonderful; especially, Andrea “Gong” (Reception); Daniel, Angel and Manuel (Hunab Ku Servers); Ignacio (Pontoon Tour Guide); Alondra (Sip and Paint); and Leydi (Reception).

Staff ever friendly and helpful, able to find staff fluent in English to help..from check in to out, just delightful.
We thought shade covers on both sides of the pool would be an improvement though….

Amazing boutique style hotel great staff all around food in there restaurant is delicious we got picked up at there dock by a valero boat to go into the lagoon which was amazing real close to the train station too 10/10
