Caesar is a great host. Warm & friendly. The property sits right on the lake. It’s a beautiful property, accommodations are basic. The road is very Rocky but only for a block or two.

Very nice and quiet hotel.
If you want peace, this is the place with no TV but excelent WiFi
Breakfast is included and it is more than complete and delicious.
Very good experience for me and my family.
All personnel is very kind and in the restaurant the service is awesome.

Excellent location and service! Our little family of 4 truly enjoyed our stay.
While the lagoon and location are absolutely breathtaking, it is the people that made our experience so memorable and wonderful; especially, Andrea “Gong” (Reception); Daniel, Angel and Manuel (Hunab Ku Servers); Ignacio (Pontoon Tour Guide); Alondra (Sip and Paint); and Leydi (Reception).

This is my fourth or fifth time at this beautiful property. Rooms are big and spacious, pool is fantastic, restaurant is amazing and staff are very friendly.
Not really much to do after sundown ecept, eat. drink and maybe hang out. In the pool. It would be nice if there are more activities in the evening.
