Just Okay

I’ve been to other Best Westerns and this one by far needs an upgrade. Very outdated room. There a slant that runs in the middle of the hotel and our room had a little ramp in the room it seemed. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, woke up sore. Towels and bed had a red stain dots. Not sure if it was blood or juice. Toilet you had to hold the handle down for about 10-15 seconds for it to flush. Also room had a weird pee smell. Staff was friendly though. Though I won’t go back again.

Everything was fine. It would’ve been nice if the waffle machine worked, and even though it was only a two story building, would’ve been nice to have an elevator.

The hotel was a bit run down and the room we were given was like you were in a fun-house. It sloped towards so much so that you felt drunk walking in the room. The building felt like it was either falling down or about to like there is a foundation issue. We were there for only one night traveling from South Jersey for a party up north. Will never stay there again. I thought the price was great but you get what you pay for. Never thought in Ramsey that they would have hotels like that.

When asked about the battery for my fire alarm, I told the staff that my fire alarm was making a noise all night, before leaving the hotel for the day I told one of the staff members that my fire alarm needs a new battery. That was at 10:30am came back around midnight the task wasn’t done. Went to the front the front desk clerk came I’m and DISCONNECTED the fire Alarm completely from the wall instead of changing the battery.

Very good

I stayed one night on my way south and the bed was confortable, room spacious and clean. Good breakfast, Oshinka at front desk was friendly and welcoming. I would recommend with no doubt.
