The customer service was excellent. From the phone I made a few days before arrival, to the check in and vheck out. However, the shower plumbing needs repair. I didnt use it in the morning because there was a high pitched squeal off and on throughout the eveing and night coming from the shower head. I had to get up, open the valve to flow the water to release the pressure, I did this multiple time throughtout the stay. The handle needs repair as well. Its not secured. Room 228. Again, customer service excellent. I will be staying in Ramsey often going forward, but, unfortunately, I dont think I will stay here again based on this experience. Have a great week.

Kudos to your overnight mgr Janam at the front desk housekeeping and in particular Stephanie your breakfast overseer who was very attentive friendly and fastituous in her cleaning up and non-stop organizing while at the same time making herself practically invisible by gently anticipating guest desire and movements in that relatively small breakfast “nook”

Went for an event at MetLife stadium. Was a 20 minute easy drive. Room was clean. Service was done and did a great job. Breakfast was buffet and had good food! Will definitely return and highly recommend!

Enjoyed our stay

Free breakfast was good with a nice variety of choices. The hotel and the room were clean. The beds were comfortable and cozy. WiFi was easy to access and reliable. Be aware that the hotel parking lot entrance/exit is located on an expressway. Caution is needed when exiting because the road is busy and the traffic is fast. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
