Clean well spaced room. Well maintained facilities and bathroom, though not the most modern. Breakfast was excellent, as was the evening meal we paid for. Shame that parking has to paid for. Staff friendly and approachable. I'd return.

This is a hotel that you should only use as a last resort. Staff are there but not particularly friendly. The room was big and the bed comfortable. Everything else was dated and grubby. Food is microwaved and costs more than a central London restaurant. Parking costs £5 for some reason (Greed). Literally stay anywhere else.

It was a great overnight stop on the way to Dover. Easy to get to, spacious rooms, with pool & spa facilities to have a relaxing evening en route.

Lovely stay, very brief though. Bit annoying they don't have a lift, meaning we had to lug our luggage up the stairs. The hotel is quite large so spent alot of time walking to room from reception

In the hot weather, being able to have a swim was a real bonus; the hotel was not crowded and parking was easy; the food either at the bar or in the restaurant was filling and delicious. The room was quiet and comfortable - in fact the only hotel that I have stayed in for a quite a while that had soft pillows ! Huzzah !

Or two night stay at the Orida
I booked a family room for myself and two granddaughters for two nights. We were attending a Summer Craft Retreat in Ditton and enjoyed our stay the Orida in Maidstone, The room was very comfortable and we dinned in the restaurant in the evening. The buffet breakfast in the mornings was excellent. I would recommend the Orida Hotel.

Nice large hotel with friendly staff. Room was large, clean and bed comfortable with a large flat screen tv, furnture was a little dated and shower a little slow. Plenty of choice for food but breakfast not too good, with cheap tasteless produce.

This hotel is ok….we have stayed here twice because it’s close to my husbands family but it’s very old and needs some serious updating. The wifi is very bad and reception is never good. Now can we talk about the air conditioning…I don’t know any hotel that does not have a/c. This is a must for sure and would highly recommend this be an upgrade.
