AC not working well to cool room down - Typical German hotel struggle in the summer. Get room on lower level near lobby for best chance to stay cool. Staff very nice and professional. Clean hotel. Decent parking, but $10 extra per day.

Stayed one night at this hotel during our tour of Germany. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is outside the city centre so not all that close to restaurants (other than fast food). The hotel listing indicates it has a restaurant but upon our arrival at 6 pm on a Friday night the restaurant and bar were already closed? The hotel listing also indicates it has laundry facilities but when we asked at check in this was not the case. Unfortunate as that was part of our reasoning for selecting this hotel. The hotel has a large parking lot adjacent to the hotel which was very convenient.

Zu wenig Parkplätze. Als wir Abends zum Hotel kamen, war alles besetzt. Wir wurden in ein benachbartes Parkhaus verwiesen, wo wir mit 16€.fast das Doppelte bezahlten. Es gibt andere Parkplätze an der Mall oder an den FastFood Restaurants, da weiß man aber nicht, ob man über Nacht abgeschleppt wird. Also besser Parkhaus. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Nächtlicher Krach auf dem Flur oder in anderen Zimmern ist gut hörbar und beeinträchtigt das Schlaferlebnis. Mit 19€ recht teures Frühstück, obwohl die Auswahl übersichtlich ist. Kein Spiegelei, nur 3 Sorten Käse, 3 Sorten Wurst, 3 Sorten Marmelade. Nutella funktionierte nicht. Fahrstuhl defekt, Tür im EG öffnet nicht von selbst, da muss jemand von der Rezeption kommen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass das schnell repariert wird.

Ekstremt bra service ved innsjekk, vi fikk oppgradert rommet og mottok flere gode tips fra to hyggelige og behjelpelige damer i resepsjonen. Fikk også fikset sen utsjekk. Ved utsjekk var dessverre ikke servicen like god - vi måtte vente 25 min. på å få sjekket ut og rakk såvidt taxien vi hadde bestilt.
