Very disappointing
I’m afraid to give this review as all was well except that the shower unknowingly flooded over the small lip of the door into the bedroom and completely flooded all of the room that I had to dry up with bath towels as soon as I realised this was flooded but some of my clothes on the floor had got wet and when I checked out I advised the desk clerk who didn’t show any care here. I asked for the small minibar purchase of around 12 Euros be written off as compensation and they said they needed speak to manager hence I asked for the manager who was not on duty until 0800 so They said they would tell him but absolutely nothing from the hotel and the charge further made to my credit card. Very disappointing service here. Would NOT use this hotel again due to the poor customer ethics and care

We arrived at the Hotel at 1200 so popped into the hotel to see if we could perhaps have a coffee and a snack. The receptionist told us our room was ready and we could check in. There was ample free parking everywhere around the hotel. The room was lovely with two pods enclosed into the room. One for the toilet one for the shower. The bed was comfy with fresh new bedding and the rooftop pool and bar was stunning with ample beds. The receptionist gave us a map and showed us where there were bars and restaurants. we ate there in the evening. About 20 twenty minutes walk away is a wide spacious beach. The airport is two miles away taking six or seven minutes in a car. We would highly recommend this hotel for its value and location. We stayed 1 night so that we were close to the airport for an early flight. The staff were awesome and the hotel was very clean (room and common spaces). Parking was a breeze - we parked on the street but they also have a lot you can access for a fee. The rooftop pool was a great way to end our trip. The only downside for us was that the walls were quite thin so we could hear everything happening in the next room. Otherwise, a home run!

The buffet breakfast was excellent value with a good selection of items available. Property only about 5-6 minutes walk from train into Malaga (all flat walking). Lots of free parking in streets around hotel.

We loved the hotel! Spacious, new clean room, comfortable bed, big bathroom, amazing shower. Walking distance (3 blocks away) to an underground train station to city center to have dinner & walked around. Jose checked us in - very personable, helpful with great recommendations & tidbits. We would definite stay again if back in Malaga.
