First of all I like staff, really helpfull. We spend 3 nights and all along staff was outstanding. We have leak in the bathroom and they solve problem in short time and come with solution by our requirement. Hotel clean and welcome and good smell.

very good place to stay in Malaga.
well placed location, several restaurants around. Fantastic breakfast. !!!!! Frightening entry to the parking basement!!. Let the hotel's expert to do that. Like many other places, I wish that the maintenance was better.

The first two female staff were so wonderful. The male staff on Saturday morning was NOT friendly at all. They do not provide water bottles for free in rooms.

Overall the experience was pleasing, although I wasn't fully satisfied with the cleanliness of the towels provided. The room is comfortable, though some noises/talking on the hallway me be heard. The breakfast is good. Public transportation is available closely to access the city's monuments/beach (Malagueta is awesome!) Thank you for everything!

My overall review i would rate is OK but few things can be done by hotel to fix. Beds are very uncomfortable. Location cannot be changed and elevators were very small

Lovely stay, but the fine print
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful in all we needed, rooms were as described and comfy. The only small drawback was parking as website during booking shown it's available, but you would have to scroll all the way to the fine print to find out that it will cost you 17 EUR a day. We still took advantage of that and not a big deal in grand scheme of things. However, I would appreciate if this was communicated clearly on the front page rather than sneakily hidden. Still, a great stay, though.
