THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE FOR 20 YEARS TRAVELLING
I have booked for 6 nights. When I saw how dirty was the bathroom and that there was no light from the outside ( the room looks like a prison cell), I called hotels.com immediately to cancel my booking for the 5 remaining nights. They couldn't reach the manager and nobody answered their calls. In the morning, before checking out, the staff was able to join the manager by phone. I explained the situation and she agreed to refund me the 5 remains nights. But .... one week later, it appears that she refuses to refund the 5 remains nights. I can understand why the hotel was almost empty during the only night I spent there.
They waked me up at .... 6am : they brought me the breakfast (plate of rice, 1 slice of cucumber, 1 slice of tomato). I arrived around 11pm and I didn't ask for the breakfast!!!
