It's a new hotel at older part of Batumi. Rooms are nice and fresh. The area is quieter than modern parts of Batumi and not popular among Arabs etc. Thanks to this there is minimal traffic at night. There are still plenty of restaurants and shops around and it's a small walk to the beach. If you let them know ahead then they reserve parking place in front of the hotel. Parking at Batumi is a big problem and it's a good option. There are beautiful views from the breakfast room. Some guests arriving at night were very noisy on stairways. Luckily they didn't stay on the same floor.

Great location and sea view but the room needs two chairs and a table in the balcony.

Harika bir işletme. Karşılama görevlisi çok ilgili.Odalar tertemiz. Bütün eşyalar bakımlı ve kullanışlı. Otopark sorunu hariç herşey mükemmel. Otopark da şehrin o bölgesinde genel bir sorun zaten. Şiddetle tavsiye ederim.

This hotel is the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast is disgustingly gross and way too expensive and the rooms are way smaller than shown in the advertised pics and they smell so bad and they are so dirty. Never stay here
