We stayed at The Westin Resort Ubud over the Easter long weekend in April 2025 for four nights and had an exceptional experience. This was our first time in Ubud and a return to Bali after 10 years, and we couldn’t have picked a better place. We spent most of our time at the resort and loved every moment. The yoga and fitness sessions with Heri each morning were a great way to start the day. We had deeply relaxing massages at the Heavenly Spa, and the floating breakfast in our pool villa was a highlight. Breakfast overall was amazing—great variety and quality—and the restaurant staff, especially Suchi, were incredibly warm and accommodating. I also attended the barista course, which they kindly customised to focus on latte art for me. A wonderful touch. The front office team were always courteous and helpful. We’re leaving feeling totally recharged and already planning to come back. Highly recommend!

It’s not in the center of Ubud and we loved the quote and local feeling as well. The swimming pool was great and the hotel provides a lot of activities which you can join :) The breakfast option is also fair enough and you can enjoy western to Asian dishes.

My wife and I had an incredible stay at Westin Hotel and Resort. The staff’s dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our visit was memorable. We had booked a photoshoot session and a massage during our stay, but due to unforeseen maintenance issues, the power outage lasted longer than anticipated, requiring us to reschedule both activities. While this could have been a frustrating situation, the hotel turned it into an opportunity to showcase its exceptional service. They generously provided a complimentary transfer to a nearby coffee plantation and a massage session, which was absolutely amazing. The professionalism and care displayed by the staff made us feel valued and well taken care of. Despite the hiccup, we left feeling relaxed and grateful. This hotel truly knows how to make its guests feel special.
