Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. First off, the staff was great. the front desk was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. The views from the townhome were amazing, no issues there. The condition and appearance of the townhouse was a combination of off putting and bizarre. The carpets were tiger stripes and fairly dirty. The layout of the townhome was cramped with too many furniture pieces for the space, for example, the bedroom had a chest of drawers where the bed made the bottom half inaccessible. It was simply too large for the room. There was missing molding in the upstairs bathroom. There were no instructions on how to operate the fireplace. The phone did not work and I could not dial the front desk. The throw pillows on the sofa were soiled. All in all, the property is in desperate need of a redesign and a freshening up.

Great stay with nice staff. Housekeeping could do a better job cleaning floor. Our feet were black each day as it is clear the floors are just swept and not really mopped or scrubbed. Positives housekeeping comes each day to empty trash, refill soaps, dishwasher soap, and bring new towels. One day the bed was remade as well. This is more like a rental a bnb that happens to have a front desk.

Very clean property. Rooms are well stocked and clean. Beds are comfy. Parking is underground, private and heated. Checking in was easy. Receptionist was really nice and friendly. We had a beautiful view from our room and the windows open to allow fresh air in. Property is a little older but it adds to the charm. We loved it here and will come back when it’s time to ski. A ski lodge, lift and rental facility are steps away from the hotel.

This spot is very nice and would come back anytime. It would be extra nice when mammoth is fully open. Overall the condo was spectacular and the hot tubs were a nice bonus fir after skiing.

This place definitely deserves a second visit, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the rooms have everything you could need. There is also an extremely beautiful view of the mountains and a very easily accessible parking garage. They even have their own door delivery option for many of the local restaurants so you don’t need to go out into the cold unless you want to.

Loved the location, but the place we stayed in needed maintenance. We had to call for maintenance to visit twice the first day when we arrived for plumbing, shower water pressure, and the TV. The gym had several machines that needed maintenance, which was disappointing… But the hot tub was nice.

Most of the staff was very pleasant, but one lady at the desk felt compelled to telephone my room and let the phone ring for 50 or 60 times, about 5 minutes straight, while I was on a Zoom conference with a customer which was simply uncalled for and rude I had already informed the desk I would be down to run my credit card again. (She also felt it necessaryto check my ID, AGAIN, to extend one more night). When I asked her about the weird phone behavior, she gave no apology at all. The next day, I walked to the front desk and asked another very nice lady for 1/2 hour late checkout to finish another call which she kindly extended. At exactly 11:23, the same anxious lady with the glasses phoned me to inform me it was 23 minutes past checkout. She didn't check with the rest of staff I'd already communicated with, she just felt compelled to badger me again. I went to the desk and again asked her why this inhospitable behavior was necessary especially since there wasn't a cleaning cart in sight on my floor. Very odd behavior, and left a bad taste.
