Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. This is a pet free hotel right in the heart of the North Village. There are lots of food options on the same side of the street right next door and for a few blocks (including Schatz Bakery about a five minute walk away). The staff are super friendly and there is underground parking.

Quaint, clean inn. Great breakfast options, easy to find parking, and in a great location. Walking distance to bike rental/gift shops and The Village, and a 15-minute drive from the ski resort. Only complaint was the water pressure - sink and shower pressure fell through a couple hours into our stay. I saw water leaking from a pipe in the parking garage though, so I assume such issues aren’t the norm and there just happened to be a plumbing issue during our stay. Definitely would stay here again!

Clean room but bed squeaks everyone you move. Bathroom shower head doesn’t fully work as there’s still water running from the bathtub spout.

No air conditioning, which I wasn't expecting. Given fires in the air, that was a problem. There was some kind of cleaning going on in the parking garage that left my car completely covered in dust/dirt. Surprised that they would do that with guest cars there. Overall, the hotel was quite a bit more rundown than I was expecting.
