Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. Yosemite's Eastern Gate or Tuolumne Meadows is not accessible when Tioga Pass is closed. All other Yosemite National Park entrances are open year round. My room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were all very friendly. The parking was convenient. It took 30 minutes and 4 tries to get a card key that worked on my room door and the shower had no hot water. I assume those were isolated issues so I plan to return.

Bed was hard and sunken. It felt like two beds were combined, (very likely) to make one whole bed which made the middle part of the bed feel like it had a metal tube. Most of the room is very aged as well. The flooring and appliances are decent but its clear that any room that isn’t a cabin is bound to be old. The area was nice.

Our hotel room was clean, in good condition, and comfortable. The two beds filled up most of the room, so it was cramped. Good location with lots to offer in terms of restaurants, market, services, and rentals. The best part about the hotel is the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful!

There was huge of 💩 on sidewalks. It was hard to enjoy the sight or sitting at the Crepes Coffee. A lot of people took their dogs along... big and small ones. Most of them didn't clean up their dog's 💩 although the resort do supply poo bag and bin. It should be better if there were more signs to remind these travellers with pets.

I was put in a standard room and it was 20 degrees outside. The heater in the room was not keeping up with cold, and I was freezing. I requested a space heater and another blanket and they instead moved me to a fireplace suite and the room was very very nice. So comfortable. Nicely equipped. I will book the suite in the future. I appreciated the staff making things right.
