Searched and filtered for a hotel with a hot tub. Chose this hotel. Hot tub was inoperable and had been for a long time. Never disclosed prior or after booking. Expedia is equally to blame.

Power was down and kept us awake with no heat, noisy beeping of power grid cycling off and on. Hot tub was empty, breakfast is in a bsemwet area the was really outdated.

Nothing was really noticeably outstanding. Nice place to stay. Small rooms not very clean. No elevator. Parking lot was very icy and not maintained. Need chains or cables to drive to your Parking spot. Parking structure is absolutely tiney, can't park anything but a prius. Smelled like weed in the lobby. Other than that is a nice stay for a inflated price.

Don’t let some negative reviews fool you. This is good hotel for the price you pay. The room looks new. Bed is clean and comfortable. Bathroom is nice and clean. Checked in was easy and the young man at front desk was friendly. The other person working at night shift was so kind. I forgot to bring toothpaste, and offered me free toothpaste and mouthwash. This is an excellent place to stay for such small town.

Upon check in sign say breakfast until 10. When we went down for breakfast at 9:40- there wasn't any food and they said too bad breakfast is over at 9:30. We said but the sign said. They answered "old sign". Just rude and cheapo

I compared the amenities to other hotels nearby at a similar price range and chose this one because of the microwave, fridge, and included breakfast. Room was fine, the breakfast was fantastic, with a great spread of options including do-it-yourself fresh waffles. However I was very irritated by the professionalism of one of the night staff members. 10 minutes after checking in (between 8 or 9 pm) I tried to microwave some pizza in my room and the tray didn’t spin. I asked for another one, and instead of immediately replacing it, the staff member I alerted questioned me and implied that I had broken it in front of some other guests, who walked in during the middle of our discourse. Ten minutes later, after telling me to wait, and helping the other guests check-in, the staff member finally left his desk to see if there was a microwave in the common area, and suggested that I use it instead. I emphatically refused and again requested a working microwave in my room, and the staff member followed me to my room to confirm that my microwave wasn’t spinning. Then I had to help him unplug the machine and switch it with the microwave from an unoccupied room next door.
