Worst exeperience in this hotel
The room i was assigned was the worst the toilet had a leak, the bathroom was very small, the aircondition took almost 3 hours to cool down, only one electric outlet to connect any electric device, too many ants and mosquitos everywhere in the room, i paid enough money to get a better service and product, but that was not the case this time

Has potential.
Lobby and restaurant are great. Service is their best asset. Definitely a 3.5. Room and accommodation not great. Maybe a 2.0. Hot water has always been a problem. Not enough outlets, and the existing are inaccessible. Have to move beds to access and plugs fit too loose. Rooms definitely outdated and remodeling is needed. Location, near airport a big plus.

Great for staying if coming for vacay
Managua is not the safest city to stay at, but this hotel was fantastic and felt very safe! Very pleased! The location is right across from the airport, which is fantastic and so easy to walk right over
