When I arrived to the room the furniture was not put back and the room was still dirty. Instead of complaining I put the furniture where it went to sleep. When I checked out I was charged by the Management for the room being unclean and having damaged towels even though we never used them. Make sure to check the room and towels when you arrive to make sure you don’t get charged for something you didn’t do.

We have been traveling to Managua for 11 years and have stayed in many hotels here. This is the best stay we have had yet. The hotel is perfectly clean and maintained, quiet and the service we received was great. The food we had in the evening was very good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
