We loved everything ! From the moment I booked, to the moment we arrived , and departed! The hospitality was amazing! Jefferson and Steven! We want to thank you so much for everything! The food was incredibly delicious! Marlon and Tony were very friendly and sweet and exceeded my expectations! We will return again! Beautiful view
Property and view are beautiful but service could be better. There was no electricity for about 2hrs from 5 to 7pm, it was pitch dark and no one thought to come and offer a flash light, we had to use our phones to go ask for substitute light and we were given battery candles. I understand these things happen but given we were the only guests (2 females) with only one employee on the property in the dark, we at least expected an apology for the inconvenience during checkout.

Wow. What a treat this place is! The view of La Laguna de Apoyo is breathtaking. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable - hot water and air conditioning. The staff is courteous and helpful. We stayed 2 nights and ate there each night getting a cooked to order meal in front of us; it was like having a private chef! We were easily able to get to La Laguna to swim and El Mirador de Catarina. Treat yourself and book El Guayacan!

I can't wake to go back. It was paradise: the view was amazing, and the location is very private. The staff very respectful and cooperative. Marvin was great very cordial and helpful. I highly recommend this property; they succeeded my expectations.
