The property is gorgeous with manicured landscapping and beautiful Spanish colonial architecture, I give it an A. The parking is terrible I give it an F. The parking is off premises and is basically somebody's dirt back yard half a block away around the corner where several other cars from other hotels are parked, it is third world.

We loved our stay here. There's only 4 rooms total so it feels like a private sanctuary most of the time. Convenient location, peaceful, with beautiful historic and cultural touches. Excellent service and cleanliness too. We'll definitely be back just to stay here.

Lovely place
The location was right in the middle of everything yet you felt like you were in a quiet oasis once you entered the doors. Service was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel was kept up beautifully and the pool and a/c in the room were welcome respites from the heat. 100% recommend.

A Hidden Gem!
Hotel Adela was wonderful. The art throughout, the gardens, the pool... and then there is the guest room. Well appointed and so comfortable, complete with a private terrace. Friendly and helpful staff make the experience complete. The highlight of out trip. Sigh.

The best in Granada
Beautiful hotel in a great location. A colourful and peaceful oasis within walking distance of all major sights. Everything about this place was great. The rooms are spacious, the bed is really comfortable, good shower and good toiletries provided. The garden and pool are stunning. A very good breakfast was served every morning. The best thing about this hotel was the staff. They were all so friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. I highly recommend this hotel.

With only 4 rooms, Hotel Botique Adela offers amazing service. It has pleasant, attentive staff, good location, lovely grounds, beautiful artwork and furniture in the public areas. We loved it so much we added a night.

The property is beyond gorgeous and the rooms were both spacious and comfortable. Everyone at the hotel made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to see if we needed anything during our stay. The morning breakfast was wonderful as well. We have found our new favorite place to stay in Granada.

My father and I stayed here four nights in August. This place is amazing! It was a like a little piece of paradise in the middle of Granada. The staff were very kind and accommodating, and we felt extremely safe and comfortable there. If you are traveling to Granada, I would highly recommend Hotel Boutique Adela.

This place is the most special place that we have stayed at to date during our two month travels. All the staff were wonderful especially Guadalupe! From her amazing breakfasts to high efficiency and cleanliness standards, even though it’s been a few weeks we still talk about how much we need Guadalupe taking care of us again! The grounds were beautiful too, my only complaint was the burning smell that came into the room one evening and remained all night but this appears to be a problem in the whole of Nicaragua rather than a fault with this hotel.
