I went to my vehicle to get clothes and when I came back key didn’t work I went to front desk and no or there I waited 4 hours until the employees came in at 5:00 and the guy had to call someone to walk him thru how to program a card. And said the person working walked out. So I paid for a room I didn’t even sleep in. That’s terrible
