Neutral experience

While checking in found my reservation to be canceled. Don’t know who canceled this but I was not happy driving 4 hrs with traffic. Thankfully we were still able to get a room. Pool was closed, breakfast was cold. Had to let the desk know that table was wobbly, loose fitting around shower head and no do not disturb sign available. Told front desk and was immediately fixed when we got back from concert.
