For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People who intend to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate before traveling for more information.

The hotel is situated in a nice location but that’s about all is good about this hotel..,, we stayed for 4 nights and never had are room cleaned once, we asked every day but still not cleaned once..
Awful experience - checked in and out within a couple of hours and actually told my colleague to go to a different hotel. when i tried to get a refund on my early check out, i was refused and when i cancelled my colleague i wasn't allowed a part refund. Hotel was awful! no windows or bed sheets. WIFI wasn't working and none of the plugs worked. Not to mention the toilets.
Staff was friendly, but they didn’t have much to work with. Tiny rooms with no place to hang anything. No idea why the other reviews called this exceptional. Maybe for Manaus, which is the dirtiest, most boring place I’ve been.
This place is a haven on earth, super location, very very nice staff (who speaks English in a good level as well) We were so happy that we could stay here, there is a colibri coming in the morning to the banana tree :) It is just so much chill, and believe me, if you have a special request just ask, this team seems to have a solution for anything :) Great money/quality rate, this is just a perfect place to stay in Manaus.!
They should charge 2x what they are. On the only nice plwza in the city. Only one with a roof deck, i think. Great interior decorating. Only issues were no tv. I think they say they have tv. And my room did not have a glass window to shut. I heard the noisy restaurant next door until 1am. Then again in the morning. Plus it let out the ac. Pool may not have been chlorinated. Tip - shower has a little straw that you turn for hot water. No water problems. No wifi problems. No usb plugs. Taxi and tour bus stand just outside. A very stylish surprise. Tip - DB market 3 blocks towards river is only one. Not very good though.Bispo means bishop.
Perfect Hotel! Very safe and staff was OVER the top helpful and kind. Great AC amazing breakfast and pool for downtown area. Walking distance to everything you could need or want. Recently upgraded and can’t recommend enough.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Room comfort
