Good stay, but some issues
We had a good stay here but it could be much better with some simple adjustments. The lights above the bed and the balcony light had no bulbs, the light by the entrance didn’t work. So we just had one small light for the whole room. A kettle and some coffee sachets were provided - but no cups!!! Very odd. The balcony door had a broken handle and the door was loose which meant it wasn’t soundproof. The bathroom door needed slamming to shut it. There was also no housekeeping so no toilet paper was replenished. Check-in was good with breakfast and pool times explained. Breakfast was adequate. Pool was very clean with nice sun beds. Wi-Fi - this was poor in our room which was a big negative, extremely unreliable. A lot of the issues should have been picked up by hotel staff beforehand, but we coped without causing a fuss.

Son Kat 106 nolu 4 kişilik 2 odalı aile odasında konakladık, odalardan sadece 1 inde klima vardı . Isı ve ses yalıtımı yoktu. Klimasız oda da kalmak mümkün değildi, tavandan ve duvarlardan resmen sıcak hava geliyordu. Nevresimler temiz mi değil mi bilemedik, çünkü çok eskilerdi. Diğer odalar nasıldır bilmemem ama bizim oda da kalınabilecek gibi değildi. Sabahı zor ettik.Tesisisin tek artısı , çalışanların güler yüzü ve yardım severliği.

Yorumlara aldanıp tuttuk ancak Otelde havlular nem kokuyor her şey ıslak gibi hijyen konusunda gittiğim en kötü otellerden havluların temiz olmasını bekliyorsun ancak girdiğimizden itibaren havlular kokuyordu. Havuzdan geçmeden odaya varamıyorsunuz havuz önünde birsürü kıllı adam şezlongda sağı solu kesiyor. Aileler için tavsiye etmem.

Otel gayet iyi hizmet veriyor temizlik problemi yok kahvaltısı yeterli ve güzel havuz olayına sıcak bakmadığım için kullanmadım ama her akşam temizlik yapılıyor çalışanlar gayet ilgili ve güler yüzlü Veysel bey var bir abi kardeş gibi ilgili birisi, kahvaltıda küçük çocuk 2-3 defa çatal düşürdü genç güler yüzlü erkek çalışan her seferinde çatalı yerden alıp gülerek çocuğa yenisini getirdi,konum olarak bütün imkanları sağlıyor kafa dinleyip güzel vakit geçirebileceğiniz hoş bir ortam
