Room had carpet deodorizer odor. Water set in tub and had to sloshed to drain. Coffee maker in room didn’t work correctly. Carpet in hallway shredding and needs repair. Game room hot. Staff was friendly and courteous. Room clean. Housekeeping friendly and helpful.

They charged a credit card $100 upon check in just in case you damage the room. It is supposed to be returned but I was insulted by this. Given we are retired and senior citizens it would seem unlikely they should do this. We also waited over 10 min for someone to come check us in eventhough we could hear people in the front office.

There was dry fecal matter on the wall. The toilet was made for midget everything needs updated. I asked for A extra blanket they gave me a sheet.the couch bed felt like you were sleeping on medal.
