This was a low key place very very close to the mall. Lots of shopping stores and food options on deck. The hotel was super clean and check in was easy and fast. The room was well kept and a comfortable sleep. All the amenities worked properly. I appreciated that and i just love their bathroom design. Staff service was polite and professional as well. There was great parking options too.

Well designed room, with coffee macine, lots of electric outlets for charging, good supply of towels. On the negative side, shower head was broken and thermostat operation wasn't clear. Restaurant service was poor.

This hotel was clean and luxurious but only food available was for purchase and expensive. Staff was so new they knew nothing about the area.

When I arrived, my room was dirty. It was significantly dirty crumbs and debris on the couch, crumbs and debris on the chair finger prints on the mirrors and a lot of debris on the floor. My sink was clogged and my keurig machine did not work in my room. The hotel also did not have a business center So I had to go to a different hotel to take care of my business needs. The only thing that made my stay, was ‘Nique The woman at the front desk during the night shift.
