Staff were very polite and courteous. Room was clean and sufficient space. Daily housekeeping service was poor, room wasn’t cleaned and tea/coffee/water wasn’t replenished, towels were renewed that was all. Gym was lacking in equipment but was clean and quiet.

I bought this hotel through Expedia, but Clayton charged me twice I have spoken to the hotel and it’s making it very difficult to get a refund. Plus we stayed at this hotel last year and the hotel was fabulous. but the hotel needs a refit already. The shower didn’t drain properly and overflowed the walls were marked. The Aircon did not work. and most of all the room stunk moldy. and the cleanliness was revolting, there was fluff everywhere, we will not be staying again

Good value hotel

Stayed here with my wife for 3 days. Decent hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were good. We had breakfast which was decent for buffet selection. Hotel has a good bar too which was generally busy (sometimes hotel bars can be a bit ‘dead’ and lack atmosphere but this one was good.) Hotel has good location. Easy to walk to all the sights in Manchester. It’s a good value hotel for a trip to the city.
