Its our go to hotel when travelling to/from Manchester Airport. Good free shuttle bus Only criticisms were very short 'free' drop off time allowance and no orange juice at breakfast

Great staff. Comfortable beds and spacious room. Bathroom was ok: needs an extraction fan to remove steam, more towel racks and hooks would help, sink was peeling in a few places and grout in shower had a few dark spots.

Great welcome from Mr Shah who recognised me from previous visits. Always welcoming and professional. Usual excellent transfers in shuttle bus ..good to chat with Glyn this morning. Clayton is good choice for getting to terminals easily. Price is always reasonable and rooms are good to excellent.

It was ok to stay in the night before an early flight. Easy enough to walk to safely from terminal 3 multi storey. Lobby nice and clean, room ok, nothing special. Price reasonable for an airport hotel in March and convenient, but would stay elsewhere next time. I fancied a pint in the bar, it was absolutely heaving in there so I ended up sat in the only seat available - outside the door to the toilets. You have to order via an app and it took half an hour for my drink to arrive - the lager I ordered tasted a bit strange, I wasn't going to argue after such a long wait but didn't enjoy it. Turns out I'd been drinking someone else's pint as they didn't check my table number when it was brought over. Oops.

Lovely Hotel

Lovely hotel situated very close to Manchester Airport. They also run a complimentary shuttle bus from Manchester Airport & Manchester Airport train station to the hotel and vice versa. Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were really nice & very helpful. Food a little pricey for what it was - we had fish, chips & mushy peas. Fish was obviously bought in frozen & was overcooked which made it very difficult to cut. Overall a pleasant stay & we have already booked to stay there again later in the year.

Horrible room shabby. Room overlooked a cleaning area and directly opposite the check in desk. I could see the staff and the could see us. Two cleaners were outside our room talking & left their mop & bucket. Also the booking g system was down so there was long queue to get in despite that I had checked in online.
