The hotel inside was clean and the front desk attendants were professional. The parking to the left of the building was open and accessible to the entire public. There is no secure parking around the building except on the right side when looking at the hotel. I felt okay parking there since I was in a rental and had taken the rental coverage, but would have never parked my own car there do to the lack of security. I never saw one security officer and the lighting is non existent except for one small street light at the corner of the vacant lot adjacent to the hotel.

The rooms are impeccably clean and cozy, and the breakfast options are quite excellent. Furthermore, I found it quite appealing to have the room closest to the elevators and the lobby entrance/exit.

The beds were hard and horrible. Noisy, could hear people from other rooms or walking through hallways. Light gets through from under the closed door into the room. Old dirty furniture, and dusty.
