I am disabled, there are only 5 handicapped parking slots available. The door closest to my room so I didnt have to walk all the way around the hotel to get to my car was broken. You could go out the door but... not back in. It snowed while I was there and the ramp directly outside of the door was shoveled but not salted and I fell down on the ramp. When I complained to the front desk about the door being broken and the slippery ramp and that I fell down, which I am sure he saw on his moniter and the lack of handicapped accommodation he offered to help me with my bags, but he he never came to help when I called him, and so I had to carry my bags down the slippery ramp and across the slippery parking lot with no accommodation. The whole 3 nights I was at the hotel, the room wasnt cleaned, the trash wasnt emptied and I was not offered fresh towels. Very disappointed in my stay, I would not recommend
the ramp to my car

There were stains on the bed, holes in the wall, bag over the fire alarm, and a strong smell in the room. The hotel was not helpful getting a refund and the front desk worker was very annoyed that we were not comfortable staying in an obvious crackhouse. Stayed for 1 hour then left to a better hotel 10 mins away. I do NOT recommend
