Started coming here in 2021 as a way to get an affordable hotel to stay overnight at for Concerts up in Gilford. It's a 45-50 minute drive to the venue but also was much more affordable to stay in Concord and drive up versus overpaying for an old cottage or hotel in the lakes region.

The elevator is showing age amd their computer system is sluggish. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. The breakfast includes eggs and sausage and you can make waffles so better than a lotnof other hotels. Not as good as a Marriott breakfast but the price is better and the amenities are equal. Wonderful locatuon for easy on and off.

We spent one night and slept well. Spacious room, good beds. Hot breakfast. Clean. There was a strong odor of chlorine in the lobby. Probably from the pool. It permeated into our room so we opened the window for fresh air. Staff was friendly. Hotel was comfortable and clean.
