The room was dark and dingy even with the lights on. This could be due to the grey walls as well as placement of light fixtures. The rug in front of the refrigerator was wet, probably due to a leak. For a mini suite, the bathroom was unusually small, as well as being dirty. There was a tissue fixture on the sink, but there were no tissues. In addition, the bath tissue was of very poor quality. Overall, the stay was a huge disappointment. We expected a lot more from a Four Points Sheraton. It really deserves one point.

Hi there, staff was great. We were in 219, directly above us was noise till early AM. Nothing big but dropped items on a hard floor at 3 am will make a light sleeper wake. Toilet didn’t flush without removing the cover and manually lifting the float as well. Disappointed with the hotel though the staff was great.
