been there 4 times in 12 years...costs more, less attention to detail, now must pay for everything (come on not even a complimentary cuppa tea in the room!)..very small room on 1st floor with no hot water( i didn't complain because i heard other guests doing so at front desk)...NOT a busy weekend...managers need training in treating staff with more respect. too$$$ for **experience.

1) This hotel is also an event center, and one night there was virtually no parking when we came back after dinner because of a large political fundraiser. 2) The first night we arrived at midnight after a long flight from Denver.. They gave us a room close to a door so we could quickly and easily unload our car and get to bed. Unfortunately it was close to where people stepped outside to smoke. The front desk immediately and without question moved us to another room. Bravo. 3) Breakfast is not included if that is important to you. Their breakfast choices, (just ask if it's not on the menu), and Starbucks coffee is great. They could use more help at the espresso machine. 4) Their lobby and lounge area is pleasant with a sophisticated feeling.

The property looked beautiful and clean. The room’s amenity was lacking in comforts like microwave and fridge. This property did not offer morning breakfast and no water in room upon checkin. The bathroom is a bit cramp. The rooms with 2 beds seem a bit small for 2 regular size adults. The gym is nice and inviting.
